On iPhone, Metal and OpenGL ES provide the graded live preview; if both are unavailable, the final fallback is the ungraded native feed and your Roll appears in the editor after capture. Android previews the native camera feed and applies your Roll after capture. In every path, the editor shows the finished look before export.
Some rolls reach past the grade: a little flash, softer light, a different lens mood. Quiet extras. You'll find them.
