RNDMFLM Support

Practical help for your camera, rolls, account, subscription, Cloud Looks, and exports.

Contact support

Email rndmflm@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, RNDMFLM version, and what happened just before the problem. We use that information to reproduce the issue.

Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, purchase receipts containing personal details, or private photos unless you are comfortable sharing them for troubleshooting.

Quick help

  • Photo won't import: close the picker, choose the photo again, and make sure the app has enough free device storage.
  • Roll or preview feels stuck: wait for the preview to finish, then try one tap again. Include the Roll number in your support email if it repeats.
  • Cloud Look won't run: confirm you are signed in, connected to the internet, and have allowed Cloud sharing in the RNDMFLM wordmark panel.
  • Save or share is unavailable: wait until the preview finishes. Saving to Photos may ask for access so RNDMFLM can create or reuse its album.

Accounts and deletion

Tap the RNDMFLM wordmark, then Account, to sign in, sign out, or request account deletion. Account deletion removes the RNDMFLM account and associated service data, subject to the limited legal and security retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your RNDMFLM account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel billing through the Store that charged you.

Purchases and subscriptions

Tap the RNDMFLM wordmark, then Subscription, to restore a purchase or manage an active PRO subscription. Billing, cancellation, and refund decisions are handled by the App Store or Google Play.

If a purchase does not unlock after restoring, contact support with the Store, product name, and approximate purchase time. Do not send your full receipt unless requested.

Cloud photo sharing

Cloud Looks are optional. RNDMFLM asks before the first upload under the current disclosure. You can withdraw future Cloud-sharing permission from the wordmark panel under Cloud sharing; local editing remains available.

See the Privacy Policy for what is shared when you choose a Cloud Look, and the Terms of Use for subscription and service terms.
