Terms of Use

1. Using RNDMFLM

You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. You are responsible for your account, the images you choose to process, and activity performed through your account. Do not use RNDMFLM to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.

2. FREE and PRO

FREE and PRO features, available Rolls, and Cloud-frame limits are shown in the app. Cloud limits are abuse and cost controls; unused frames do not roll over. Current subscription products, localized prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.

3. Auto-renewing subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Store account when you confirm a purchase.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the same Store before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel from RNDMFLM’s PRO account panel or directly in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Deleting a RNDMFLM account does not cancel an active Store subscription. Cancel through the Store first if you do not want billing to continue.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and payment-method changes are handled under the applicable Store’s policies.

Apple users are also covered by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

4. Cloud processing and acceptable use

Cloud features send the selected image and processing instructions to service providers to create a requested result. Do not automate requests, evade quotas, probe private endpoints, resell access, or use the service to generate unlawful or abusive material. We may rate-limit or suspend Cloud access to protect users, the service, and provider costs.

5. Your photos and results

You keep your rights in photos you submit and results you receive, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant RNDMFLM and its processing providers only the limited permission needed to transmit, process, return, secure, and troubleshoot your requested operation. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use the source material.

6. Availability and responsibility

Photography and Cloud results are creative tools and may not always match your expectation. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RNDMFLM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost creative work, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Accounts, deletion, and changes

You can sign out or request account deletion inside the app. Account deletion removes the RNDMFLM account and associated service data. For an account linked to Sign in with Apple, RNDMFLM requests fresh Apple reauthorization and revokes the linked Sign in with Apple authorization before deleting the account. Account deletion does not cancel an active Store subscription; cancel through the Store first if you do not want billing to continue. We may restrict an account that materially violates these terms, threatens service security, or abuses paid infrastructure. We may update these terms as the product or law changes; the posted effective date identifies the current version.
